We had a personal tour by Russell on Tuesday night. We felt very honoured to say the least. It was the most amazing tour we’ve had and very very informative. I totally recommend the tour! I had no idea that Russel was the leader of the group, and before he finishes the tour he gave us an explanation of how he solved the mystery… That makes the difference! It was fun, it was cultural, it was intriguing, it was unforgettable!
It was cold and raining but I was glued to all that Russell was sharing. Russell was really friendly, knowledgable and engaging . His personal history and attachment to this case made this walking tour like no-other I’ve been on. Clearly he is enthusiastic but it was less about the theatrics and more about the stories which is exactly what I wanted. Our group was small which made the experience more personable and logistically easier moving around and hearing him/seeing photos. I enjoyed it so much I may do it again in the summer.
here is a man that has dedicated many years of his life to solving the Jack the Ripper case, I feel privileged to have been given the tour by Russell Edwards himself, what a brilliant mind! He was so engaging with everyone and I was completely invested throughout the tour, I could see how passionate he is about the Jack the Ripper case and we were all on a journey with him. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with any interest in Jack the Ripper, there cannot be anyone out there who is more passionate about Jack the Ripper than Russell Edwards.
